The government is a great thing.
I no longer have to worry about what to eat, how to dress, or going to the bathroom. The government is taking care of all that now! |

So apparently DT is not letting MP back in, I can barely contain myself.
However, this is even more hilarious.

Also, as much I like playing online with my friends, I also remembered why I hate it.....
Online community lulz Actual message I got after a game Titled: Hmmmm "You bitches talk too much...you were so annoying...you need to shut your f**king mouths" Response back: "Dude, it's called the mute button. You dumb sh*t, I've been told it mutes people you dont want to hear" His response back "Bitch...the game already started, I didn't have any time, and how could I know you'd be so annoying" Final response to him before blocking him "Didn't have time?? It takes literally one second to mute someone. You click the button that says "mute player"" Though I do love when online idiots are caught being idiotic and back out of it by reinforcing their "insult" of you. Classic! |

I know, I think it might edge over the other like 10 to make my #5 album for the year.
Not to discredit Heliocentric because I really like what they did on that album too (a lot more than most people did, in fact) but Anthropocentric just rocks. People should have dropped the worry about replacing the old singer with Luc because he's written some damn catchy vocal lines for both albums.

But yeah that album is solidly in my top 5. It's great. |

Mmm, well try and get Precambrian. That album is killer, and up until this year I woulda said it was their best work. It's a double album and has some interesting balancing.
Older stuff is cool but is a bit more generic post metal. Definitely not bad though.

Yeah, I'm looking for some more post metal that's a bit more than standard....like Red Sparowes and Minsk.
Minsk has that one album that is f**king killer. And double album? Is that the one where you supposed to play both at the same time for best effect? Oh the pretentiousness lol but I will try it nonetheless Edited by JJLehto - December 21 2010 at 01:50 |

No, the first disk is killer post-metal with lots of hardcore influence, about 25 minutes of music. Second disk is slower, much more methodical post metal.
Rosetta did the 2 CDs at once deal for their first album and man oh man it is awesome to do both at the same time.

Well snap!
I have wanted to take a pic of my Opeth discog, but only to rub it someones face lol Oh, you ever hear of a band called Sikth? I heard them today on the radio, and the DJ was like jizzing about them and how they were an underground influence on all these djent bands (didn't use that word but I knew what he was saying). Said something how they are like a direct influence on them. First, I was a lil shocked he didn't mention Meshuggah who may have come first lol But they seemed interesting at least....I may pursue farther. Edited by JJLehto - December 21 2010 at 02:10 |
