Recognizing intervals, transcription of melodic and rhythmic passages, chord progression identification, major vs. minor.
The homework was the hardest part. The book was written by a bunch of yuppie tools.

I wonder why they make bows for cellos and violins, etc. out of horse hair...is it more coarse than other hair, I wonder?
