Beautiful kids, everyone's healthy* - that's gift enough in my book.
* relatively speaking, I suppose. Edited by Padraic - December 14 2010 at 14:58 |

She wants Mi Casitas. As you might guess from the name, it's a hole-in-the-wall Mexican joint, but I'll be damned if the food isn't muy excellente. Margaritas sucked though. Don Pablo's has them beat in that department. |

My kids are loud and obnoxious and I've been fighting a head cold for three weeks. But as I said, 2011 will be a killer year. My third album is already in the works (has been for 3 years and the music is really starting to mature), and I already have album artwork planned (I'm going to take a picture of a stained glass window in the church where I grew up). It's pretty sad I'm more excited about the third album than I am about the one I'm getting ready to release in 2 weeks or so. |

I didn't have to get anyone gifts this year, I used the lame excuse that me coming home for the holidays was gift enough in itself...AND THEY ALL BOUGHT IT! I did make my girlfriend a mixtape though. How 80s. |

Dammit Robert - I just went to your myspace and my browser crashed!
It seems I can't even get on MySpace without Firefox crashing anymore... |

I have to confess though, they've been really good today, though my daughter has slept a lot. My son keeps saying his ass hurts though (not in those words). He probably hit it throwing a tantrum yesterday. I love my kids. We played with blocks for almost an hour yesterday just because. I built a big robot dinosaur. My daughter destroyed him and laughed in his face. She's so badass. |

Thanks for your support, but I tried to do some evals this morning and starting with bands' myspace pages. It installed a Trojan on my machine and it cost me an hour going through my system and getting rid of it. Myspace is trying to compete with their biggest competitor, and they are failing. |

I've gotten some viruses from MySpace as well - I've tried to use the site as minimally as possible nowadays.
I feel like I'm walking on eggshells whenever I want to evaluate a band! |

myspace is on the way out. Bandcamp is far better in every way, except simply being well-known

I only got a Myspace to host music samples. I regret doing it.
Facebook, no thanks. I spend too much time here to care about social networking. I did get a hold of my Kindergarten teacher though. I drunk dialed her one evening. |

I'm so strongly considering Bandcamp. I even love their style. Reading their FAQ was practically entertainment. |

I've only been to Cloudkicker's bandcamp, but it was pretty much my ideal for interfacing with a band online.

I got a Facebook about a year ago, but it's rare that I log in. I think the last time I even visited there was over 2 months ago... it doesn't hand out viruses, so I'm not complaining.
Between PA, MMA, and now my writing for Sea of Tranquility, I don't have time for social networking.If I added that into the mix I'd spend waaayyy too much time on the computer! |
