Huh, that's generous of them. The professor suggests we could also use Basic to do the programs, I don't even know where I find that on campus. Apparently I'm going to learn how to do math in C++ next semester, which is not something I am looking forward to. If after all this I end up writing code in an office somewhere I'll probably kill myself.
Math really isn't that hard, guys. You just have to do your damn homework.

Math is just terrible. I hate it quite a bit. It just isn't compatible with my brain. I'm glad that some people like it, though.

You are bad at math because you think you are bad at math. I will agree though, I didn't find math interesting until Calculus. When I was much younger it was a source of constant drama for me, their method of teaching by making me copy times tables over and over again does not fit my temperment. Even still, if you ask me one on the upper end for a lot of them I have to count up from 5 (that is, 40, 48, 56, 64, etc., not counting each number on my fingers). What's really sad though is that there are apparently people in my class who didn't know the quadratic formula at the beginning of the year, I hope they learned it...
Yeah Colin, the input of Maple looks very similar to Matlab, so I think we have the same pain, although you probably have to do more with Maple than I have to do with Matlab.
