Alan White is a limited drummer compared to Brufford, though he did played everything quite well on the Symphonic Yes album.

BTW, is Pekka the Finish equivalent of Peter?

Nope.

Pekka is my own personal misspelt English equivalent of penis.

We have an expression: keep your pekka up. Wink

Obviously we mean pecker but I am now spelling it pekka.

^^He's gotten very lazy in the later years, I think he did great on for example Yessongs and the few albums after that.

Yeah, it usually is seen as such, even though we do have Petri and Petteri that are much closer. Pekka is probably the most common male name starting with Pe around here.

Oh yes, James is right, I forgot about that LOL

Petri?

Why do you Suomi insist on having names that make me giggle?

Petri is a Petri dish to us.

I wasn't around when the grand jury gathered to decide all Finnish names, so don't ask me Tongue Petri dish is petrimalja here as well, I guess all Petris get to hear stupid sh*t about it at school.

Recently I've met my first Petri, he's a cool bassist guy at work, we listened to jazz fusion and Burzum at work for two hours yesterday and talked about music.

You've also made a good use of all those vowels in your language too.

I think the other nordic counties do their vowels better, we don't have for example ø and œ. But ö, ä and å are essential for every prog fan not just in Finland. Å doesn't show up in Finnish though, it's just one of the perks of being a multilingual nation.
