Bravely bold Sir Robin
Brought forth from Camelot. He was not afraid to die, Oh, brave Sir Robin! He was not at all afraid to be killed in nasty ways. Brave, brave, brave Sir Robin. He was not in the least bit scared to be mashed into a pulp. Or to have his eyes gouged out, and his elbows broken! To have his kneecaps split, and his body burned away And his limbs all hacked and mangled, brave Sir Robin. His head smashed in and his heart cut out, And his liver removed and his bowls unplugged, And his nostrils raked and his bottom burnt off, And his peni-- |

I wasn't sure I remember well but I am now listening to this and yes, it's the vocals that detract from the music for me. The music is quite great. |

Really enjoying it so far, in parts it reminds me of some Chiptune stuff I've heard as well. Really good so far Will check out Combat Astronomy tomorrow morning, heading off to bed now. |

It was fantastic Got a new guitar which I'd been wanting for a while which was great, will post some pictures later tomorrow probably. Definitely very happy Most Chiptune is stuff inspired by 8bit videogame music from the 90's, although there's some great modern stuff, like Maktone (one of my favourite musicians [if you can call him a musician]) I mostly do homework/assignments/sleep to this sort of stuff, although I love it. |

Oh, I thought Chiptune is a band, but it's a genre. Interesting, it's funny, ridiculous and awesome at the same time I would not be able to concentrate while hearing this! And yeap, I can definitely hear this in Jaga Jazzist (their lowest rated album is full of glitch electronica, which proves the connection).
If there's Chiptune, shoudn't there be Chipcore, also? |

Yeah, the 2nd track on the Jaga Jazzist album instantly made me think of Chiptune stuff. This is the closest thing I've heard to Chipcore |

Looking forward to the pictures! Will the new axe be featured on your debut? [/QUOTE] Indeed it will be! It sound so much better than my other guitar that I've actually re-recorded some of the older guitar sections. That reminds me, I'm planning to have the album 100% finished by around January the 15th if my current progress keeps up, and depending on if I get a job these holidays. Anyway, sleepy time for me now. Seeya later! |

Let us know when you make the preorders available. Good night!
EDIT: speaking of debut, I tried to download Pekka's music from last.fm, but I couldn't find it there. Edited by harmonium.ro - November 19 2010 at 07:36 |

Pekka took it down a few months ago so he could finish it all off and re-upload it as an album/EP of sorts IIRC. Also, before I go, delicious free post-rock over here: http://fingerspit.bandcamp.com/ |
