According to Matthew Wright this morning ''A royal wedding is just what the country needs.'' And he wasn't being ironic. Just goes to show... because you like Hawkwind, doesn't stop you being a t...!

Yeah! How about Faulty Towers? I'm a sucker for British comedy.

Fawlty Towers is incredible,a classic.
Me and my wife are nuts for British TV,from sitcoms old and new to shows like Doctor Who,Torchwood and Being Human

That's awesome. I'm glad the US is not the only country that celebrates with parties for events that ultimately result in failure.

The evening news hosted by Miss Insincerity. I started doing this Diane Sawyer impression and it creeps my wife out.

I understand that it would probably significantly hurt their budget if they were only half hour episodes, but holy hell the padding in Mythbusters is unbearable, especially if you actually watch it on Discovery with their incredibly breaks that somehow manage to put the 17 minutes of commercials before you get to watch anything interesting. And I also don't like them for gutting BBC serieses like Planet Earth but that's a separate matter.
I watched the last two episodes of House available on Hulu. I think I'm finally going to stop watching completely, there's really no point.

I watch it because Kari is cute. I'm so bummed when it's just an Adam and Jamie episode.

I find Kari annoying, maybe it's not her fault but she always seems tasked with BUILDING A ROBOT. But thanks to the slobbering neckbeards she has her own show. And maybe I've been exposed to too much hardcore pornography, but I don't understand watching a whole TV show because someone in it is attractive...

Hey, as I recall they do let her blow stuff up, too. I don't watch the show just because she's attractive, but I have the serious hots for her. I know it's superficial and stuff but I like watching the morning local channel 5 news because I have the hots for Suchita Vadalamani and channel 2 for Carol Sbarge they've added another occasional co-anchor Erin Coleman. Now if you'll excuse me I need to roll my tongue back into my mouth.

Kari is extremely cute, (OK to quote Slarti I deff have the hots for her) but that's actually only one, fairly small, reason I watch the show. I really do enjoy it, ya know.
If I wanted to watch something solely to look at attractive women, well isn't that what the internet is for?

I bet you watch Dirty Jobs on occasion, too... I'm a fan of No Reservations and Bizarre Foods. None of these have women hosts and I don't find the guys at all attractive.

Actually I used to once in a while, but I found Mike Rowe kind of annoying I kind of liked his style, but I felt bad for these people he was often with. He always came off as mocking them in a way, and had such a 180 demeanor compared to them. I don't know, he just seemed like an ass to me.

Pillars of the Earth series now finished, but will be buying the DVD so I can enjoy it without interruptions for adverts every nine minutes.
Channel 4 have another interesting-looking series starting tonight, Any Human Heart, which funnily enough also features Matthew MacFadyen (Prior Phillip in Pillars)... also enjoyed Jimmy McGovern's Accused on the Beeb last week. Great performances by Christopher Eccleston as a kind of modern-day Yosser Hughes, and Pooky Quesnel as his long-suffering wife.
