Pekka, I'd be willing do make some epic woodcore-ish artwork thingy for your upcoming albumish thingy. Big smile

Thanks, but the artwork is the only thing that is finished LOL Though I may have to change the 2010 to 2011, I'm once again in a situation where I haven't done any recording at all in a month or two, this same bitch of a track has been bugging me since early summer.

Our future landlord sent me the documents this week.  Everything looks swell, and now we could be homeowners in 3 years- I never thought I'd be a homeowner before age 30, but here it is happening.

The landlord gave us carte blanche on decorating though, and so my wife is driving me batsh*tPinch

Jeez, 3 years?Confused Is that supposed to be good?Confused

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck moving Robert! ApproveCool

If he's talking the way I understood first (taking a loan to buy a house and repaying the loan in three years), it would be insanely good. But now I notice the word landlord, so I guess this is not the case.

However it is, good luck with all moving related Thumbs Up

3 years is great, I guess this is a side effect of the fall of the market due to the crisis. People/banks have started selling their houses for almost nothing (at least that's what I was reading at the hight of the crisis). Most of my friends from Romania have burried themselves under 20 or 30 years mortgages, done for 60, 70 square meters worth of housing. Dead

I'm guessing because it's hellishly expensive, difficult, time consuming and a good land lot may be pretty hard to find and buy.

Or he's not that good with a hammer and nails.

Not that expensive actually. . . . But maybe that's just something that happens in Brazil.

But I guess you are right. Where I live today is literally worth millions upon millions of $ and just 20 years ago nobody would ever dream of living were I do.  My father actually traded the land where we live on by a telephone line and a car. Shocked And then proceeded to slowly build the house.

I guess it wouldn't work like that in many places around the world.Tongue

We are entering into a rent-to-own agreement.

We pay the rent plus additional money.  That additional money goes toward the purchase of the home.  We have three years to get a loan to actually buy the house outright.  During that three year period, the owner cannot sell the house from under us.

I want to get a 15 year mortgage (instead of a 30 year one) and save a ton on interest.

He used to be here a while ago, posting that over half of PA's members are morons and things like that.
And when the admins told him to stop saying such things he said that was against freedom of speech. LOL
