Jesus H Christ Shred. So after dicking around on the computer at school until 11:30 for no reason, I went to McDonald's for some sh*tty food, and I was driving through old town Fairfax. It's a straight road, it was after midnight and there was nobody around, and there are a ton of frickin lights that I didn't have the patience to get stuck behind, and since there was nobody around I wasn't really paying attention. It turns out the speed limit is 25 there because of its businessy nature! AND I GOT CLOCKED AT 55 GOD DAMN IT WAS I SERIOUSLY GOING THAT FAST. Thank God, he didn't give me a reckless driving like he should have, in VA reckless driving absolutely f**ks you up. In the karmic sense I do deserve a speeding ticket, but this is a really f**king big deal oh god. At the very least it seems like I'm going to have 6 points on my license for 5 years and probably a thousand dollar fine.

No, they do that, but not unless they believe you are posing a threat. Thank God I have only gotten caught speeding once before, a reckless driving charge that sticks is a god damn misdemeanor and you obviously won't get jail but you get a f**king rap sheet.
