Is driving tired more dangerous than driving tipsy?

Never driven tipsy, but I do know I'm very composed.
Have driven very tired, and it usually was not too good Disapprove

I don't like earbuds, also they never fit right in my right ear.
It must be weird shaped or something?

They are convenient for outdoor use though
