Not even close. Bruce Willis is Die Hard, plus he is an outstanding comedic actor. Watch the first season of Moonlighting to see what I mean.

Bruce Willis is also quite good as Hartigan in Sin City, one of he's best roles.

Ah, I was finding it hard to make up my mind but this clinched it. Not outstanding - but I haven't watched Moonlighting - but he does comedy really well. I don't like much else of his acting - no, not Die Hard either - but I don't dig Mel Gibson much either.

There's really good acting from Willis in Tarantino's movies, those qualify him as a real actor in my eyes.
Gibson did a Hamlet once, I've heard good things and bad things about it...

I had to watch that in high school, so I have bad memories. I think Glenn Close was playing his mother too. He also was John Smith voice in Pocahontas....

Mel Gibson. Because Lethal Weapon still kicks ass and I'd much rather do a marathon of those then the Die Hard movies. Also because as completely insane as Gibson is, he brings the lulz when its a slow news week.

Not a huge fan of either, though I probably prefer Willis.
The biggest movie badass is still Clint Eastwood though. Nobody beats him. I wish I could actually vote in this poll . When do I lose my newbie status?

Bruce Willis b/c of the Die Hard movies, Red, and the fact that he was cool enough to play harmonica at the Doobie Brothers/ Allman Brothers concert that I went to.
