Bad news, my girlfriend broke up with me.

Good news, we just upset Iowa IN THEIR STADIUM BY ONE POINT in the closest game I've seen in a long time.
Why did you break up, Kevin? Shocked

Well, she thought our relationship wasn't really going anywhere, so she'd rather we just not be a coupe but still be friends.  I think we're both happier this way.
Well, if you're both happier this way I suppose it's not a bad thing.
And it's good to hear that you will still be friends.

That must suck. Sorry Kev. Unhappy

I ended up on the shower floor of my best friend's appartment during New Year's Eve, completely naked that is. I must have been lying there for at least 8 hours. Disapprove

I was told that at my first time that I got drunk I almost completed a strip act. I could never remember that. Embarrassed

I guess "almost completed" is better than "completed".

Ever saw this site ?

I can't help but think that those people have horrible friends... I hope for you that the people you got drunk with the first time didn't put anything on the web Tongue

Fortunately, there were no digital cameras back in '97. (Boy, do I feel old now or what. LOL) And even if there were, we wouldn't have afforded them.

Thanks for the link, it's great LOL

Oh cool,  I just realised you're almost my age Thumbs Up

8 strings or bust, Joel.

Are there any 8 strings with passive pickups for around 1000US? I can't seem to find any.

Well you could get an Ibanez/Schecter/ESP/Agile 8 string all for under $800 and replace the pickups for a price of about $1000.  But actives are somewhat necessary for 8's since they do the best job at equalizing the extra vibrations given off by an 8, and they cover the best full range that comes with two extra strings and a longer scale.

After 6 weeks, I'm sure you'll, manage to remain friends, so that's good. You seem to be handling it calmly, so that's good. As Sleepwalker says, if you're both happier this way, that's what counts.

The first time I got drunk I kept performing a funny dance on the streets while hitting lampposts and other annoying objects, hugged everyone in sight, and fell off the staircase of the local train station. LOL

Thanks guys, I think it was for the better so I'm not terribly upset about it.

It's shown me how weird relationships are, though.

And now I'm back to livin' the single life! Cool

I don't know anyone named Anne-Marie.

I do know a lovely woman named June, though.

I can't be online as much when I'm at home... mostly because my father uses the net for his work. And I work/play sport/have a life.

Got some new post-metal you might like today.  Have you heard of Amenra?

I've heard of them, but not heard them. I tend to lose track of many bands because I churn through so many samples a week.

Anyway, I have to go, I'll try and get back on this evening.
