I am absolutely amazed that this is as close as it is. I personally voted Rush, though there's a part of me that would enjoy seeing GY!BE win just to get a newer band further on.

Seeing this result as close as it is right now (41-36 in favor of Rush) makes me wonder if Opeth has a chance of beating Rush. That would be sweet (even though I love the canadian trio as well).

I am astonished at how close this is. I keep forgetting how many people hate Rush. It really makes me worry about their chances in the next round (not that it matters since Floyd or Zappa will knock them out before the final.)

Zappa vs Rush......I mean that makes no sense really. I will agree with you though they would loose. I would be happy to loose against Pink Floyd or Genesis...but Zappa?? I am not sure I would vote in that one as more of a protest...
It would be an uprising, like, like we could have a Boston CD Party....throw all the CD's overboard!!!
