You never really know what you are going to get with a Michigan winter.  Some winters we are buried under a foot or more of snow the entire winter with temperature below 0 degrees Farenheit and other winters we only get 2 or 3 snowfalls and the temperature is in the 20-30 degree Farenheit range.  When I was a kid I can remember having a foot of snow at Thanksgiving (end of November).  In recent years, the first dusting of snow has come on Christmas Eve.

I live in one of the snowiest places in this part of Michigan. LOL

Actually, I've been out since 8:30 a.m. and haven't been home long.  But I have been in bed a lot recently.  Heat is good!

And I need to hear the new Agalloch... hmm.  Hopefully it'll be one Spotify soon.  I do plan to buy it, of course but I'm saving money currently.
