Watershed is not very good. Unhappy I think I just avoided thinking that first 2 years. But really, Opeth as an entire band are very spotty. Still Life in particularly is a remarkably average album. 3 songs are basically meaningless riffage with unconnected acoustic interludes. Meh.

Also, I'm growing out of liking metal in a way. I'm not shedding any tears over that.

Most non-prog metal is fairly boring. Most, not all.

Still Life is an average 3 stars for me, I don't know if I'd give Watershed a high 3 star or low 4 star though.
