I was chased up in a tree by an angry elk (male) some twenty-five years ago and had to sit there for well over two hours................... so I am not joining this appreciation society. Stupid as a piece of bread and as dangerous as lions, those male elks are when the hormones replaces their brain cells. That stupid elk even tried to get me down from the tree so we could have an elk-to-elk fight over the females. Stupid elk-steak.......
