So it turns out Borderlands can be fairly addicting...most of my free time this weekend and about half of the time I should have been sleeping was spent playing it. LOL

Borderlands is kind of a shooter, kind of an RPG, kind of hilarious, and kind of amazing.  It brings to mind elements of some classics, such as Diablo II - different item rarities are noted by the color of the thing's name, there are different/tougher variations on regular enemies, etc.
