They do teach that when you interview for a job, not only is the employer interviewing you, but for you to get the most out of the interview, you have to interview the employer.  That is how you try and find out whether the job is what you are looking for or not.

No, it actually wasn't a bad conversation or anything, it's just that he's got to talk to my other co-workers as well...he might be here a while.
