I had somewhat thought about that. As a matter of fact, I have been thinking latley that when a mature band has to replace a musician, it shoud be better to get a new young brilliant member who may be able to rekindle the flame... the rest of the band-mates could provide the experience. The thing is that the new guy must be of the same caliber (as a musician and as a creative force), and be given the chance to contibute to the new music.

lots of people on their last.fm is trolling this topic hard in their shoutbox. i've heard some pretty ridiculous suggestions that should give you guys a laugh such as Lars Ulrich, Joey Jordison, and the a7x drummer that passed away. of course i nominated betty white. lol
