And for music fans dating a non-nutbag, the issue  that might occur is when your partner realised you listen to music all the damn time. Example, the first time you spend the night and realise that person plays loud music even when it's time to sleep... Confused

Wait, are you the one who plays loud music while sleeping or the other person?  I've never done that...the closest I've gotten is headphones on nights my neighboring frat decides to party.

May sound funny coming from this forum...but music is really not an issue to me.
Other things may take precedent LOL

I can tolerate most music anyway, and if I get a cute girl I love I'll even listen to rap/country/pop! Shocked

Yep.  I used to listen to it a lot more but I'm kind of not that interested in music as much as I was a few years back.  There's more important things in life.

Oh, I agree about that, but in my case, it's hard to find someone who understands the massive amount of time I spend listening to music, reading about it, searching for it, etc.

In fact, a few months ago, the only music I listened to was whilst driving.  At home, I didn't listen to anything for at least 2 or 3 weeks.

I can't stand quiet, unless I am reading. If I am busy I might not listen to music but even then I have tunes on when I am getting ready in the morning.

Yes, I'm a private listener as well, actually.  I got annoyed if someone talks to me whilst music is on.

Depends on the type of country for me.  If it's the worthless junk that gets played on the radio, definitely not.  That stuff's horrible!  Plus, while I was working this summer, everyone I worked with was a country fan, so I got to learn that the country stations only play about 10 songs per day.
