The British version is much better and obviously more original, 'cause it came first but I've grown to dislike Ricky Gervais as well. LOL

I've not seen the Québecois version.

It's not a "British" version, either. It came first. Therefore it's the original version.

To be honest I'm not really a fan of our Office either. I find that too much of it's humor is just taken from awkward moments.

I think the British version was more realistic anyway. Plus the fact it was set at Slough Estates and they got merged with Swindon branch, just made me chuckle too much.

My father used to work at Slough Estates and we now live in Swindon. It's too close to home. LOL

Gervais was born in Reading, where my family used to live before I was born.
