A standard romance - I don't know - doesn't the guy usually spend months building up some perfect moment to propose? Instead of buying a Lego house? We don't really care - it made us happy.

Congrats man... I hope you try it out and get the better side of things...
Standard love is chickflic, dinner in an expensive restaurant, violins, wine, a balcony watching the full moon and then the expensive ring that costs you an eternity to buy... so the girl can't deny the propuse because you used her credit card to pay half of the date...
That is standard love... I guess...
