False. We both love classical music above anything else.
And THAT might be the only one...

I'm on a 7. XP is quite good. Vista is Satan's spawn. Actually, come to think of it, all versions of Windows are Satan's spawn.

Mac OSX Snow Leopard. Love it, hated it when I first got on but now that I understand it I don't know if I could change back. That being said, I've never used Windows 7. Loved XP, hated Vista, moved to Mac.
I do iPhone development now, though, so I'm stuck on the Mac - I basically use the computer for xCode (programming), Chrome (internet) and iTunes (music). So it's not like I need much fancy software. Admittedly, some stuff like Adium (messenger) and paintbrush (paint) and SVNX (svn) are painful compared to their windows counterparts (Windows Live Messenger, Paint, and TortoiseSVN).

The reason I want Windows 7 professional is because professional and ultimate versions have windows virtual pc, which is a fantastic program that runs old windows OS's in a simulation. This is great because I have old video games and programs that go all the way back to windows 98 and 95 that can run well on the virtual PC. Oh, the dreaded Vista....that's why I still have XP. I had Vista....for about a couple of days. Then I dropped it and put windows XP back on my computer. Right now I am thinking about taking one of my old computers and having it dual boot with Windows 2000 (the best windows OS in my opinion) and a linux-based os on there.

Currently using Windows XP pro.
This PC is from the early 2k's. If I get a new pc, I will make sure the kernel is linux and get myself a Unix-based OS. I think E.S. Raymond have hypnotised me or something, man. He is like "Open source.... oooooopen soooource - we HACKERS are open source coders - we code open source things, like gimp. We are hackers, we don't "hack" your computer network, we make opeeen source OS and opeeeen sooource stuff. Windows is [censored], it is [censored] and it is [censored], that - so come to Unix - FreeBSD, OpenBSD, UltimateBSD. Ooopen Sooource! HAHAHAHAHA!" Um. What do you say?

Thanks for inadvertent tip. Did not know that. You wouldn't happen to know 64 bit Windows 7 can as well? Eh, I've got 7 Home Premium, for whatever that's worth.

It's not a question of Windows XP or Vista or 7... it's a question of Windows 32 or 64 bit!
Can anyone get Adobe Audition to run on any Windows 64 bit platform? I cant! I blame Adobe big time! Hate their bloatware!

Good Lord, I'm only the 3rd Linux vote?
I'm in "charge" of many computers at work, so the list includes Windows (mostly XP Pro, but now some 7 Pro) and Linux (Ubuntu and Fedora) - just got a new box, trying to decide which Linux distro to put on there.
It's Ubuntu on my main laptop. At home it's a dual-boot Vista and Ubuntu, but wife complains about Linux so it's mostly booted into Vista. Going to try and get a nettop soon to be a music server.

I would be running Linux at home if I hadn't got Windows 7 free through school.

Vista unfortunatly. Hopefully I'll be able to upgrade to 7 soon. I've used Mac before a couple of years ago, the most user unfriendly piece of kit I've ever had the misfortune to come across. I still couldnt get my head around it after a year. Never again if I get my way.
