Interesting point sort of.  We've been offing ourselves in wars and with disease in mass quantities and it seems to have worked in the past.  When the aliens come and attack us with their advanced weaponry and diseases then our economy will improve.

It would never be recovered and it never was in prosperity because until big corporations are running our countries we will still be corporate slaves to the big wall street''s bankers.
