The problem with us is, the most engineering majors are so grounded in science and fact that few of us have an imagination or any sense of imaginative fantasy.

Lucky I'm not that way; some of my fellow majors are such downers.

I can imagine that. I have an imagination, I thought about studying Creative Writing, but then I realised I would be living on the street in three years if I did that. Damn the Arts.

yes, plus a****les. I'll be the first to admit that major is literally 9000X harder then mine...but so many are cocks about it.
One person actually said "If you're not an engineer major I wont lie, I dont really have any respect for you" and he was serious. Engineering friends of mine have said, yeah alot think that way.

Really? All the programming students I've met are all just major nerds. LOL

My intuition says that nuclear may be a better choice for job prospects than mechanical, but I'm entirely making that up.

That was ME that you were complaining about MY using a calculator...to

^ the sentence reeks of bad grammar

I got AP credit, because I got a 5 on the AP calculus ab test

The hilarious thing is that Math majors look down on Engineers and Physicists as not being "pure."

Well there's that too. Though my friends are in mechanical/electrical engineering so maybe those are the true offenders.

Quantum mechanics and string theory just pisses me off. The Large Hadron Collider is cool and all, but there's little to no evidence for so many of the things they're talking about...

I blame the universe for being so f**king complicated and mysterious.

Although I personally find quantum mechanics and string theory fascinating.  Probably because I've got a morbid fascination with existentialism and esotericism.

True Henners. Engineers use math for stuff.....corrupters! Math majors deal with the pure mathematics!
Which IMO is even more insane.

The only majors I get annoyed at are motherf**king Commerce majors. They do less work than ME, and yet get paid more out of college.

If I was smarter I'd consider that, I don't think I'm good enough, but it's all interesting.

PL SC was easy, but was a pain still.

I still maintain business is probably easier then PL SC. And my friend was proof. His semesters were a joke.
Besides, we can boil any business class down to this:
Make profit. Do whatever you can to make as much as you can.

Difficult sh*t there

Some Law students are smug, but I always inform them that they've sold their soul for hookers and blow.

You got a five? I only got a 4 on the English Lit/Composition AP and that's what I'm supposed to be good at! At least I can hug my SAT score to the grave....

Equality Pat was a math major, he wants to be Professor or something. I guess you can only get away with a Physics degree to teach the lower level maths. At least academic math that is designed only to be read by other academics has the ability to accomplish something, unlike academic English.

I'm willing to grant relativity and some weird quantum stuff. But once you breach causality I'm done. Go away you're just trying to f**k with me.

I got a 5 on that one too.  Only a 4 on Language/Composition in grade 11, though
