That reminds me, my mate Lauren confused the hell out of an Australian girl by constantly talking about Arch Enemy as being Australian.  I presumed she meant Austrian but they're Swedish.  Angela Gossow is German.

I have no idea why she thinks they're Australian. LOL

You've gotta be kidding me.

Although, a record label posted here a number of months ago, saying he'd gotten into contact with Toby about remastering the early releases and putting out Part the Second on vinyl and apparently Toby was "seriously considering it".  Maybe the rights expire soon?  One can only hope.

Yeah, WTF was that guy LOL
I don't think he was legit.

I wanted to correct her but didn't have the heart.

Besides, I didn't know they weren't Austrian at the time.

All death metal bands come from Scandinavia. This is a known fact.
Even the ones not from there.

I'll agree with that.
First, oregon?? Really?

Second, given their bleak atmospheres, and earth worship/natural themes it'd be fitting

Third, they are awesome so yes

LOL
That would be awesome.
And given that countries natural geography and climate....it'd be really weird to produce that band!

I don't see how an Israeli band could sound like Agalloch. It makes tons more sense for them to come from Oregon. LOL

Deff.
But it makes even more sense for them to be from Scandinavia.
Though I think Oregon is our Scandinavia (should be their slogan!)

It is covered with forests and cold.
