I'm fine physically, other than being lazy.

Ah, yeah my dark cloud of emo and depression, which I havn't seen in years has been surfacing as of late. Tried to keep it down but at least now I know Agalloch and a dark place in the woods I can go...
|
I try to kill it with happy music, fake it till I make it.
|
LOL that works. Nah, I used to go deep into the dark place. Now, I don't do that...or crush it, just release it through the music. Opeth is also good. And if I'm in a real bad way this one song by Burzum. But happy thoughts!

That might work, it was great listening to The Final Cut earlier, one of the happiest albums I know of.

A four-minute tech-death song sounds like it's f**king ten minutes long. It's like that with pretty much any band in the genre. Weird...

Yeah, I can only take tech death metal in short stints. It is too unrelenting. Now I love teh br00talz but damn, it does get old quickly. Even if impressive.

Have you heard Nile yet? Some of their songs actually get close to and past the 10-minute mark. And they're mostly about ancient Egyptian mythology.

Scruffy seconds. And I know Nile David, don't like em. Again, small doses. And one of their songs pretty much uses up my limit. The egyptian mythology thing is cool though.
