Yeah, that's exactly my point. Your statement is based more off of hate for DT than of off love for McLaughlin.


Not in the slightest, I used to listen to loads of DT.

@Anthony: Anything other than today. Almost everything about today went wrong for me, and work was god awful for multiple reasons.

Petrucci doesn't engage in w**kfests as much as McLaughlin can, and does a hell of a lot more than just shred. But that being said, there are still a fair amount of guitarists who I think could play circles around both.
