I love KEA to AJFA (and even Death Magnetic grew on me) but as I've bitched to the higher ups like 9000 times

2 maybe prog metal albums out of 9 does not make the whole band prog.
Even if those 2 are prog metal, 2 out of 9? And with what started as a thrash metal band???

Also, keep in mind thrash metal is by nature, complex and technical. I love technical music, but IMHO that does not make it prog

I completely agree with you JJ... like 3 albums were even prog-related.  Ride the Lightning maybe.

All I ever got was "Not how it works. cant have Y just because X is here"

Even they are more complex, technical and progressive but whatever.
