I'd do it anyway, just to be sure to cover all bases and some insurance companies(here, though) require it.

They asked me on the 'phone whether I had and I said I hadn't.  They didn't say it was a requirement.  I may report it tomorrow... but it's 3 days after the incident and I only found out at 3:45 p.m. today (now yesterday).  I've not been out of the house all weekend.

I'm surprised I didn't hear anything.  I was posting on P.A. when it happened.  Damn you guys!

Actually, I wasn't on P.A. but I was awake.

Maybe if I find out who it is, I'll run then over when my car is repaired... although I don't want to damage it again.

Hmmm.

Seriously, it's not as if I parked it in a prone position.  The other driver must have been going too fast to hit it, or lost control somehow.

I still suspect alcohol was involved but alas, I doubt I will ever know.

Yes. That's not my plan, though. I was thinking more along the lines of slow painful genitalia torture. Dunked in a pool, and only lifted up for oxygen when too close to death.
