Just out of curiosity, how does it naturally come to you yo pronounce "Iva", guys? Iva (as in E-VA) or Aiva (I-VA)?

It doesn't really, at least to me, I just sit and wonder how to properly pronounce it. LOL

Same here, I sort of lean towards the first you mentioned but I don't know which is right.

By The Pain I See In Others really takes Opeth's Deliverance down at least a half star. It's one of those tracks that I can only listen to with a bucket near me. Dead

The first one seems more right but I imagine that I'd be more likely to use the second.

I still haven't listened to anything from Deliverance Ouch... I've heard that it's their heaviest album to date.

I don't know either, but I suspect that the Czech language is more phonetic from what I've heard, and if so then it should be the first variant indeed.

I suppose so, though I think there are plently of Opeth songs that sound more dynamic and aggressive than the stuff on Deliverance. Many people consider it to be mediocre and some really dislike it, but I think it's a great album apart from that terrible final track. A bit more straight forward than their other stuff, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing.
