I never finished A Link to the Past. I got quite a way in and did get to the erm... other world, or whatever it's called.
I have it for GBA, just never relly got around to playing it. Wind Waker is where it's at.
I have read that the Gameboy version is different, there is a puzzle in the ice temple place that got changed or something because it's ridiculously hard. There is a central pit with four blocks, two on the left and right, and you have to push the right block down, otherwise you have to go all the way back and do it again. I haven't played the GB version though, so I dunno.

I need another cup of tea.
I didn't find my old save game... I just quickly played a bit of it again though. I died. I did get in the Castle though.
I was throwing topiary at the guards because I could.
And the beginning is crazy. No explanation or anything. Just Zelda pumping her message into your brain. Then that dude who walked out of the house gave you the sword and shield. No explanation whatsoever.

God, I remember playing Wind Waker non-stop... then my friend asked for his GC back, and accidentally deleted my saved game. Decided not to start all over again...

Is it just me or does it always look like those green guards are carrying around flutes?

It's a fun game, up until the part where you have to collect triforce pieces.
