The Mantle, personally. But if you prefer a more stripped-bare metal sound, Ashes is still darn good.

The thing is, I can't drive worth sh*t. So I'll need some practice before I turn old enough to get me licence.

Sadly, I am required to buy the Chem book new because I supposedly need the access code and CD (and I can't email the professor because I guess he's new and his email is not posted), but I managed to find okay deals on everything else. Would have been better if I didn't need to get them by the 23rd, but oh well, maybe next semester...

I hate it when somebody posts a sh*tty post at the same time as me, let me have my moment of Shred final posts without ruining it with a meme. :(

Hahahaha, so I guess Japan doesn't have the longest life expectancy after all!

Driving isn't too bad, you can get a learner license at 15/9 months. Probably took me about 10 hours worth of driving to get up to a decent level, and now I'm basically the same as my mum (although that's not saying much.)

Go to a carpark on a sunday afternoon and drive around for a few hours, do some sh*t like hard acceleration and then completely slam the brakes to give you a good feel of the car and you'll do fine; that took me from hopeless to great in a few hours.

there was this thing at the car show here where you could do a test drive on their (quite realistic) training software where they make you do certain things (ex: text your friend, find X cd and play it, etc) which was intended to show the negative effects of distractions on drivers.  I did the whole thing flawlessly, my only infractions were speeding... the whole time.  By 50km/h.
