All you will need is a plastic bag or two for all my CDs.

Oh yeah NC, I forgot to ask you: What did Tosin teach you when he gave you that lesson on guitar?
|
Well, when we sat down and I told him that I had only been playing for 7-8 months, he kinda grimaced, as he normally taught people with a little more experience. I told him I'd never actually gotten a guitar lesson before and I needed help with my form since I'd never been taught the right way. We worked on some chromatic and fingering exercises for the first half hour, then he asked me to show him what I knew how to play. I told him that I mostly learned by reading tabs and stuff and showed him I could play some Opeth, some Scale the Summit, etc. He was kinda surprised and said I was pretty far advanced for such an early-stage beginner, even up to a few years ahead. Then we got to talking music for a while, played some Tool songs together, and discussed 8-string guitars and how I should proceed with instruction and lessons.

My eating schedule has become so effed up because of work.
EDIT: Rofl.
Jordan, get AAL's debut before you get anything else. It's f*cking amazing.

I've read some pretty good reviews on it... Please tell me it doesn't sound anything like Dream Theater, because I once heard it compared to as so. And I f**king hate DT.

Yes it shows, I know. Piss off.
