Yes, about 90% of a Playboy magazine is articles, letters, product reviews, movie reviews, interviews with celebrities / authors / musicians, etc.

I guess that isn't too surprising. The only magazine I've ever really read is National Geographic, which I don't get anymore.

I used to read Guitar World, but all the bands featured in there nowadays are either nu-metal, metalcore, or glam metal...

But really, yeah it's mostly about bands and not so much about guitars Confused. Sometimes it has bands that show you how to do certain guitar techniques... but mostly it's all drivel.
