To me, fair is reading all the polls options. LOL

You can see those in the poll title before even opening it, though, so you don't have to. LOL

in Round 2 onward I can. LOL

Oh yeah, I forgot Round 1 was more than 2 bands.

Univers Zero. The more Zappa I hear, the less impressed I become with him.

I love a lot of stuff by Zappa, but UZ wins for sheer consistency. I'm surprised how close this is though, I thought there was a much larger Zappa following here.

I like the fact this is a close one. I expected Zappa to utterly slaughter here.

Zappa has always consistently tied with Tull as my favorite artist, but since I haven't heard UZ, I can't vote. The debut is on it's way in the mail, though....hopefully it will be here tomorrow!

Exactly my thoughts, I am very surprised UZ managed to get over 30 votes and remain in the trail of Zappa for so long. I expected the UZ votes to stop after 12, when all the Shredders voted. LOL At that time Zappa had only half of that number.

I was really hoping UZ would pull out a surprise victory here. Unhappy

Of course the Shredders don't have a monopoly on "good taste" (yes,a subjective notion, but I like the term as it has a bit of a kick). I kind of imagined quite a few wouldn't vote because they don't feel that they are sufficiently familar with Univers Zero -- if at all. Oh hell, how often does that stop people? (well some are very conscientious about that, but they are the minority).

FZ.

I wish that he was still with us. Always creating new boundaries to be explored and broken.

Maybe I should re-post this reminder:

Put in that in bold with a seven size font at the top of the page and it might help. But probably not. Tongue
