That's why I liked playing our original compositions.  I never wrote down any bass lines, never played the songs the same twice...it made it so much more fun, I just improv'd anything that sounded good and basically stayed in the groove.

Primus kicked ass last night.  Claypool did the coolest sh*t with a Whamola improv.

And of course the chanting: PRI-MUS SUCKS! PRI-MUS SUCKS!  It was awesome.

It's sort of like a really sh*tty version of Muse with more alt-rock, which isn't that surprising because the Muse/Radiohead/Coldplay schtick has been popular in the US for a while now, and Linkin Park have always been very far behind the times.
