Ah, Penn State did the financial slapping?
Hehe....much as I wish, I can only blame myself. I joke about being stupid but I really was stupid this time: I was out as yall know and a friend told me on Friday we had to be moved out by Sat 9 am or else we'd get really slapped. So I drove up there, did said breaking in and careless packing (my friend was keeping her stuff there for a time). Anywho, all that happened because I lost my keys and had to pay to replace them and it was insane how much And universities may slap us around, but so do college apartments.
I flat, I deal with landlords. I stayed in a college hostel for a year, and it was basically one big party where you lost all your money on alcohol and cleaning bills.

Well, I've been in 3 diff apts. One was a total sh*thole, but I wasnt even on the lease and they kept accepting my money so that was fine. Other 2 were nicer (though service is always awful) And never been in a hostel but what you describe is Penn State University Park.
And speaking of cleaning, thank god my room mate and friend took care of. When I was gone for a while they got waay to out of hand and destroyed a ton of stuff, including jamming holes in the wall using a screwdriver and pissing all over a roomies bedroom How they got the apt into anything decent is amazing.

Ah, OK. Haven't dealt with apartments (the advantage of living on campus, I suppose). That sucks, though.
This is a prime example of a student flat. The carpet's fine, honestly.
its inside, which is what impresses me. We only threw a party once, and something like that resulted. Except it was outside. Reason we also only threw one, Im too lazy to clean up....
Its terrible. Especially when as I am frantically moving out, I am informed the carpet needed to be cleaned, like part of ou contract. No time to do it in 2 hours (it HAD to be professionally done) and all the various stains are from my 2 friends. Cant wait for that bill......
