Like seriously, I remember watching Toy Story in theaters when it came out, and it was good then, but it's not a very good movie once you're an adult!

I remember reading on a Yahoo! article a number of years back that it ranked #1 on a "Best Horror Movie" list, up there with Silence of the Lambs and Nightmare on Elm Street.
My sister watched Bambi on Youtube and she said she cried. She is 18. I don't get it, I've never cried during a movie in my whole life...

The Brave Little Toaster is darker than There Will Be Blood, which I don't even think is that dark.

Does anybody know how long Wayside's Tzadik sale will last? It's a really good deal but I don't feel like buying a bunch of stuff right this minute.

I never "chose" to see The Brave Little Toaster, it just happened. Now I'm remembering bits and pieces of it, as well as one seen the sequel IIRC.

I used to read books over and over again as well, it was basically like watching a movie anyway. LOL

The scene in the forest fire, with Bambi looking around and innocently asking "Mommy?"

Do you have any idea how many kids were traumatized by such a mortifying idea?  Even now, when you look back on it, that scene is so dark and terrible because it's masked by such innocence.

I didn't cry on Grave of the Fireflies, but I was still moved deeply.  Does that make me terrible?

I remember.  He goes to Mars and befriends a belligerent refrigerator and convinces him not to nuke the Earth. LOL Classic.

I'm sure I've seen Bambi, although I really don't remember it, and I'm not saying a kid or even adult can't feel sad about it, but once you're over the age of 6, you really shouldn't be moved to tears by a children's movie.

The sequel convinced me that all balloons went up into space.  I once cried because I tied up one of my stuffed animals to a balloon and it flew off.LOL
