I thought I'd be back in the game by now, but before I knew it Jampa bought Minareten (The Samla Mammas Man-o-war) thus eradicating any hopes of trading someone the Weidorje for him, and now Rob has stopped adding more warriors to the queue.

Am I your adviser or something?  War has plenty of Constitution, and the range of the axe's damage is 0-14 (with a possibility of 1-18), and you get an attack point due to WP but lose a defense point due to using an axe.
Let me ask you this: How has your axe been working for you so far?

I've had my eye on a buckler but I think a kite is a bit cumbersome for
my style, I know it offers better protection but I'm just not a kite

that's actually one of the more realistic aspects of the game I think, everything kinda evens out as far as damage vs. defense vs. modifiers.. combat is ugly and often the outcome is based on chance as much as skill or strength

Yes, I like the weapon styles to more or less even out, but just be different and let people play to their styles. There is of course a weak and strong weapon in each class.

War has plenty of Constitution, and the range of the axe's damage is 0-14 (with a possibility of 1-18), and you get an attack point due to WP but lose a defense point due to using an axe.
