Working on encoding the GuitarPro file for my next piece. Do the people who I need to add synth and keys have GuitarPro?

If anyone doesn't have guitarpro and is opposed to ahem liberating it, get Tuxguitar, it's like a lower-end copy that's freeware

I uhm *cough* liberated Guitarpro and it's a really buggy version so I'll look at Tuxguitar.

It doesn't have as good of sounds or whatever for playback, but that hardly matters. Tuxguitar can also play any version of guitarpro files, which is nice

I've probably got enough to record 1 entire song - with 2 guitar parts - that will then need bass, drums, vocals and perhaps solos. It's sort of influenced by Yob and Isis; like doomy post-metal
Can't record it until I get a computer, and newegg says they're out of the one I ordered, so I need to buy something else
edit: Plus enough bits to work into multiple other tracks, with a bit of fiddling

Nice. Send me some metal stuff and I'll be happy to add bass, you can suggest some bass lines too.

okay. It's in drop D (only because I didn't feel like downtuning the entire guitar), fairly slow, and there will be lots of room for you to make up whatever you want. I wouldn't expect it sooner than a week from now
