Or will there be some Beefheart-inspired stuff going on?

Also, I can write poetry (can be lyrics) if that's needed but I'm not sure they'd fit a post metal band.

My instruments were guitar, bass, drums and perhaps some primitive keys.

I added some low-tuned bass noodling for extra effect on ACYL's Phase I.  I think it adds a little more texture, but I can totally remove it all or change it a bit if you'd like.

Wooooo! Work done and submitted with 12 minutes to spare!

I can honestly say lyrics is something I am not even going to try LOL
I personally have no problem accepting whatever lyrics are come up with.
It's too late to start thrashing around on the drum set, but I am going to record a bunch of stuff tomorrow and see if any is good. May also try my hand at some guitar, though that may end in great failure

I'm almost finished my short research assignment, then I intend to make more ear-raping noise.

Anyone know how/what to use to multi track/layer?
Not even for this project, but for future knowledge?

Phase III almost here, it's a redux of Phase I with added bit of evil.
