I just recorded a one-take tribal drum interlude if there's some use for that, I'll upload it somewhere later today

Very nice!
So many people are getting on this already. I need to get back in drumming form! I'm hoping I can work jazz/free jazz into it! On that note: Wish I can drum like the guy on Mago Tago! Its so awesome Edited by JJLehto - August 01 2010 at 04:40 |

That'd be awesome. I've just recorded a short little ambient keyboard/guitar track, and I've also worked out some piano parts which I'll record sometime tomorrow. |

I updated my first post, personnel is now included.
I must tell you guys now that I don't have an amplifier and my video camera is too low-budget to capture the bass. So, what I'm saying is I might not be able to contribute any instrumental tracks for a while. (unitl I get a good amp, and maybe practice with my bass some more, I haven't tried playing avant-metal ever) However, in case you guys need a vocalist, I could PROBABLY contribute some lyrics and vocals, but only if it sounds good enough on my whack-ass camera. |

I'll add this to the tracklist, if you want my suggestion, I think someone should play a twisted drum solo over it, to make it sound more surreal. |

Go nuts honestly, I can make far more twisted stuff than that too. The crazier the better. |

Let's discuss the lyrics.
I don't know about you, but if I'm writing anything, it's going to be dark, dark comedy. |

Any of my lyrics would be nature driven, or nihilistic/existentialist.

Cool, I'm for that. I was thinking I might add a "film noir" feel to the lyrics while I'm at it.
