That is a classic album Clap Second favorite solo Hammill, first being Over but that is really a personal thing not everyone can relate to it.
I have not heard Over yet. Personally I prefer In Camera over Silent Corner, and possibly Chameleon as well. Still, it's a fantastic album.

Also, I think the front cover is the back of the back cover, the circle with PH's logo in it resembling his neck. 
Why? Because slightly above the logo on the front cover there is a small guy holding his hands against his head, and looking at the edges of the white buttcheek-like things, they seem to curve so they dissapear in the buttcrack thing, but looking at the back cover we see the actual edges. 

I don't know what this could mean though.
