Love both, although I have a slight preference for dark.

evidently the shells of cocoa beans absorb the lead away from the beans themselves, but the lower-qualty chocolate makers don't do a good job of separating bean from shell which is why mainstream chocolate has been found to have elevated lead levels .. so buy quality, me thinks |

Milk chocolate, but I prefer to drink mine, esp. the thick Spanish type or champurrado

chocolate has become quite a thing in the U.S. with all the microchocolatiers, like beer was ten years ago
I usually like dark, a 60% or so, though my favorite is the Dutch Cocoa which has an earthy quality I like.. and BTW "white chocolate" is, as far as I can tell, not chocolate at all but a mix of sugar, milk and cocoa butter-- closer to divinity. |

Milk Chocolate
Dark isn't bad...but I certainly won't go out of my way to have it. Like pretty much have to put it in my hand |

Dark chocolate, you sissies.
But, hey, I eat my couscous with harrissa and my ham with Dijon's mustard, and I listen to free jazz. I must have been desensitived in my most tender youth. Anyway, 75% Cocoa chocolate. |

Like the wombat I like white chocolate more then dark. Even semi-sweet isn't that bad.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

I like a dark chocolate with a little hint of orange, but also like some milk chocolate, chocolate bars with nuts, caramel, gel, marzipan, cocos,
but the best are probably not to dark but with a mocca flavour
