No, I presumed I watched it in the 1990s as that was when I was a teenager.  In 2003 when that series came out, I was 22/23. LOL

Animation can do anything. If it wants to make a psychotic alien who helps get a random boy through puberty through the course of sixe (like six, but with innovation) episodes insanely hot, it will.
