I think my favorite PKD books I've read so far are The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch, Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said and Man in the High Castle.  I've enjoyed everything so far though.

Oh definitely check out the new series from the 2000s, start with season one. 

The 70s one is pretty cheesy in comparison, but cool.  I like the new series.
