Topic: What Should I Play? Posted: July 08 2010 at 20:44 |
Yes it's a silly poll. But what the hell. But I may do requests and not share the resulting improv with you.

I would say acoustic guitar if it were a steel string - my weapon of choice for improv - but I decided to play it fun and vote for the sequencer

By the way have you ever played any of the Carmageddons? I love running people over and crashing into things.

Yeah they were pretty cool. You should check out Quarantine, a lost "running people over" classic.

The K1 has some nice patches on it. The on board ones are screwed up but the ones on the memory card work fine. It got one corner wet in the flood but survived!!! It's velocity sensitive which my first Korg wasn't. The Korg started having problems with the keys a short few years after I got it. The K1 still working well. I need a new racing wheel before I go and run over virtual people again. Dammit!!!!

Eh, I'm at work now stuck with just a computer keyboard. But the weekend will be here soon and I can run my fingers on the instruments and also play my wife. I don't have any bass guitars, but I did try one once, they are fun. The synth has some patches that can produce some really heavy bass sounds though.

Just going to throw it out there: I go to school for classical guitar. It's very rigid and demanding. If you don't have the patience, discipline, and especially time necessary to become good at it, I wouldn't give it a go. Just my two cents.

If you play the hobbyhorse, I’ll play the fool.
Btw, why am I not allowed to vote in this poll?

Maybe I can answer my own question: It seems like this thread was moved from the prog poll section to the music and musicians exchange section, and probably you can’t make polls in that section … Am I right?
