OK I can already tell I made a very worthy purchase.  The liner notes are just as good as the music, too.

That's good, I'm sure I'll get it.

Sometime before I die.

Does anyone know how to retag the length of a mp3?

I mean the lengths are all wrong, they are exactly 8 times longer than they should be. Maybe  I'll install Audacity and retag everything.

Do they play for 8 times as long as they should, with extra silence at the end?  If so, then you can fix it with Audacity, but if not I'm not quite sure what it could do for you.

They are the right length, they move forward when the music is done, but currently this album is 7 and a half hours long. Confused

Audacity is the only way I know that seems to completely reapply the tags, I've had times where no matter how many times I change the tags in Windows/Winamp it won't actually change, and Audacity fixed it. Or maybe I was just stupid. That is a possibility.
