Could anyone help me to define the style of writing in Octavarium? They are asking me periodization, so I just put that its Post-modern?

post modern, a bit personal (like, my own problems., what I feel)
and in octvarium, it may be possible to say it goes into the philosophical thing, the existencialist thing that we come back to the same place, we start the same way we end, and so.
